We want you to feel confident ordering from Nestry. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Pre-Order Refunds

The Nest Mat is currently sold as a pre-order.

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact page or email.


Returns After Delivery

Because The Nest Mat is a pet enrichment product, we do not accept returns after delivery unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
